Delete Your Lashachi App Account

If you would like to delete your Lashachi account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

How to request account deletion

1. To request deletion of your Lashachi account and associated data, email Lashachi Inc. from the email address associated with your Lashachi account. Send us your account deletion request to the email address below:

3. Please include: The email address associated with your Lashachi account.

We will verify the request and process the deletion.

What will be deleted

Lashachi will delete the account information, pet profiles, and pet-related memories and experience data associated with that account, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

What happens after you request deletion

We will review your request and take the necessary steps to delete your account and associated data. Once account and data deletion has been completed, you will no longer be able to sign in to that Lashachi account or access its associated data, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
